Spring break is here and they arrived last Friday from North Carolina, two car loads. I do not think I will commit to ever saying yes. I have a house full of male college students. They are all awesome and respectful, but they have so much energy. They are breaking night, music is on, television is on, lights are on, and all the talking and joking going on. Needless to say, I have not had one night of sleep. I get home and literally ask my better half for the ear plugs when I go to bed, because both of us have not been able to sleep at all.
Sunday they are all going back and I cannot wait. The house is up-side down, who knows how much my electric bill is going to be. I am going insane...

ReplyDeleteI know how you feel! I too used 2 have a bunch of boys in my house, before they all starting moving away, and I feel your pain! It's feels good when they're there but better when they leave.

ReplyDeleteThat sounds like a lot of fun if you didn't need any sleep. I bet the energy in the house is crazy and I bet once they all leave you might miss them just a little little bit when things get quiet again. embrace each moment for better or worse lol
